If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange.
Provided the shoes are;
* UNWORN, in original undamaged packaging and in saleable conditon
* Within 30 days of purchase
Please note, we are a small independant retailer, many of our styles have limited size runs. If you wish to exchange, please call us on 07 4661 1821 or email us at styleshoes@westnet.com.au so that we can confirm that the new size or style is available.
Return postage is payable by the customer and Australia Post is recommended.

* Your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.
Faulty Shoes
Your shoes are warranted against manufacturing faults. If you believe your shoes to be faulty please contact us by phone 07 4661 1821 or email styleshoes@westnet.com.au before returning your shoes as they will need to be assessed.
Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
